Abstract. Organization of integrity tests based on normative requirements that determine the threshold and the test procedure on the whole. However, many normative and methodological documents were created a long time ago, and most of them are referred to the problems of the vacuum industry. It is proposed to hold all-Russia conference on discussion of the methods and techniques of leak detecting and to develop approaches for improving the normative base in the field of tightness test in relation to problems in various industries.
