MONITORING OF OPERATING CONDITIONS OF ELECTRIC MOTORS OF GAS-COMPRESSOR UNITS

Abstract. The article provides the results of longterm researches of the author on study of the statistics of failures and the parameters of the main operational factors influencing damageability of electrodrive gas-compressor units of trunk transport of gas. The system parametric analysis of the experimental data is carried out according to the  status of technological aggregates at operating compressor stations and shops of the main gas pipelines of the unified gas supply system of Russia. It is shown that the greatest number of failures of fabrication systems is connected with electrical breakdown of insulation in a grooving part of a stator winding of the high-voltage electromotor of an alternating current. The complex analysis of physics of processes of corrupting the insulation of the stator windings of the synchronous machines of megawatt class and the hardware for adequate fixing of parameters of each operational factor is carried out. It is considered the influence of thermal processes in electromotor stator elements in different modes on a resource of aggregates, and also parameters of supply voltage, loading on a shaft of machines and efficiency of cooling systems. The objective facts confirming significant influence of the partial discharges in high-voltage insulation of the synchronous motor on a longevity and parameters of damageability in the static and dynamic modes are provided. The results of computer simulation of dynamics of processes in a machine in the emergency operation are given. It is shown that timely prediction of the technical condition of the drive electromotors means of the intelligent sensors allows to increase a resource of machines, to considerably cut down operational costs and to pass to service of aggregates on actual state. The recommendations about increase in a resource of drive engines of electrodrive gas-compressor units and increase in its energy efficiency at again built and upgraded compressor stations of the main gas pipelines are offered.
