THE 21st ALL-RUSSIAN CONFERENCE ON NDT AND TD

Abstract. The article gives a brief analysis of the reports made by experts in the field of nondestructive testing and technical diagnostics that took part in the 21th All-Russian Conference on NDT and TD that was held in conjunction with the NDT-2017 Territory Forum at the Expocenter International Exhibition Center on February 28 – March 2, 2017 in the city of Moscow (Russia). The general program of the forum included, in addition to the conference, 10 roundtables, an exhibition of instruments and means of NDT and TD. The program of the conference consisted of plenary sessions, where seven reports and eight thematic sections on various methods of NDT and TD were made. A total of more than 100 reports were made by Russian and foreign scientists. The largest number of reports, almost a third of all conference reports, fell on the section on “acoustic emission” and “ultrasound control”.
