Stepanova L. N., Petrov M. G., Chernova V. V. Abstract. The comparative tests were carried out during the cyclic loading samples of CFRP Т700 with various monolayer packing. The experimentally determined change in the ine-lasticity of the material of the samples with longitudinally oriented load-bearing layers with the addition of intermediate monolayers with diagonal styling and the samples with the orthogonal stacking. In the process of loading have been recorded load and displacement of the stock of the loading machine MTS-100. Depending on the amplitude of loading the influence of the type of monolayers’ stacking on the process of stratification of the CFRP material was analyzed. Information about the defects from the date of their inception to the complete destruction of the samples was automatically recorded using the method of acoustic emission (AE) and strain gauging. The dependences of the main informative parameters of AE signals (a structural coefficient, functionality, amplitude, energy parameter MARSE and dominant frequency) on time were gotten. An algorithm to calculate the inelastic defor-mations at the informative parameters of AE signals localized in the working area of CFRP samples was suggested. It allowed the loading process to set the time at which changed the inelastic properties of carbon fiber, which corresponds to the visible stratification. Keywords: carbon fiber reinforced plastic (CFRP), monolayer, inelasticity, sample, acoustic emission, structural coefficient, load, strain gauging.
