MEASUREMENT OF VIBRATION PARAMETERS OF SIS PIPELINES REACTOR BASED ON RBMK-1000 AT 1-ST BLOCK SMOLENSKAYA NPP

Abstract. The organizational, scientific-technical and design-technological workings out of the complex of measures for the implementation of the extension of the service life (ESL) of the pipelines of the RBMK-1000 are exemplified by measuring the vibration parameters of the pipelines of the Smolensk NPP turbine hall. Since for long periods of operation the vibration level makes a significant contribution to the degree of material damage, in the framework of work on the ESL, the Guidance documents regulate the evaluation of the dynamic stress of pipelines. This problem is solved on the basis of experimental data. The working program for measuring vibration parameters determines the methods, volumes and procedure for performing experimental work on the study of the kinetic parameters of the vibration of pipelines. The results of monitoring and analysis of the performed measurements by various methods of signal evaluation: spectral, correlation, statistical, etc. are presented. Based on these results and design documentation, cyclic durability calculations were performed taking into account the vibro-stress of the pipelines. Calculations showed that the level of damage, taking into account the increase in the service life, does not exceed the limit value.
