INVESTIGATION OF ACOUSTIC PROCESSES UNDER THE IMPEDANCE METHOD OF CONTROL OF PRODUCTS WITH HELP OF LONGITUDINAL WAVES
(pp. 54-61)

Abstract. The work is devoted to mathematical modeling of low-frequency harmonic longitudinal oscillations in a three-component system of elastic media (sound transmissionprotector – object of control). As a protector, a new type of concentrator, the one closest to the experimental one, was used. With the help of exact solutions for the Helmholtz and Webster equations, acoustic fields and transmission and bias transmission coefficients measured in the experiment are calculated. Comparison of the control efficiency for the ordinary and "point" contacts of the vibrator with the object surface is made. The results are of interest for the theory and practice of impedance methods of product control.

Keywords: mathematical modeling, acoustic fields, low-frequency harmonic oscillations, impedance, concentrator.
