ROBOTIC SYSTEMS OF NON-DESTRUCTIVE TESTING AND TECHNICAL DIAGNOSTICS OF INDUSTRIAL OBJECTS
(pp. 16-31)

Abstract. The review of methods of nondestructive testing and technical diagnostics of critical objects and structures from dissimilar materials, taking into account the conditions of their operation and the surface temperature of the object of control. The influence of physical and mechanical properties of materials, shapes and sizes of controlled objects on the choice of control methods, methods of scanning and recording of control results is noted. It is noted that the most common are manual control devices, the effectiveness of which depends on the need to scan the object of control on a complex trajectory, monitoring the quality of the acoustic contact, limiting the time spent in the danger zone, using special protective equipment, assessing the results of control by specialists of varying degrees of preparedness. As a rule, the control process is associated with a high repeatability and monotony, which leads to errors of operators. In this regard, the reliability and reliability of control depends on the socalled "human factor" (reduction in mindfulness due to external influences, increased fatigue, etc.). As an alternative to traditional technologies, automatic non-destructive testing and technical diagnostics using robotic complexes and modern software are considered. The review of robotic systems of nondestructive testing and technical diagnostics in aerospace, automotive, power, metallurgy, machine building, railway and pipeline transport and other industries is given. The results of research of methods and development of methodology, equipment and technology for the use of multifunctional robotic complexes of NK are presented.

Keywords: methods of nondestructive testing and technical diagnostics, multifunctional robotic complexes, ultrasonic, impedance, eddy current, laser control, RTC.
