COMPARATIVE EVALUATION OF ELASTIC PROPERTIES OF TOOL MATERIALS BY PENDULUM SCRIBING

Abstract. When choosing the right tool material from several available and especially in the development of new tool materials is an important criterion, the magnitude of the elastic modulus. But to determine the need for special samples of the material, using special equipment and technology of sample preparation. Not every consumer of cutting tools can have. He needs quickly and simply from existing dial to choose the tool material, which will have the required performance properties. Including elastic properties.Proposed technical solution which allows to solve this problem through the use of the advantages of the pendulum scribing.
