IDENTIFICATION OF THE COORDINATES OF UNAUTHORIZED WITHDRAWAL OF ELECTRICITY IN DISTRIBUTION NETWORK INCLUDED IN ASMME
(pp. 50-55)

Abstract. Distribution network (Regional electrical network (REN)) with a voltage of 0.4 kV, operating with availability of unauthorized electricity withdrawal (UEW), is considered as the object of the study. The effect of the latter leads the REG to the excited state, which is due to the deviation of its mode from the nominal (desired) and significant technical and commercial losses of electricity. A method for diagnosing UEW with identification of its coordinates according to the metering data of the automated system for monitoring and metering of electricity received from customers electronic meters is proposed. Its basis is the idea of simulation and identification of excited and unexcited (desired) states of the phases of the distribution network in which the UEW exists. The implementation of the method is carried out using simple computational procedures, which is its distinguishing feature in comparison with the known approaches to the solution of the problem under consideration. The proposed method can be used to create special software of subsystem for diagnostics of a distribution network as part of the AMR.

Keywords: distribution electrical network, unauthorized withdrawal of electricity, diagnostics method.
