METHODS FOR CONVERSING OUTPUT SIGNALS OF KEY PHASE DETECTORS

Abstract. The comparative analysis of switching methods of transformation of phase information is carried out in work. Following the proposed classification, the advantages, disadvantages, and scope of the methods of low-frequency filtering and high-purity sampling of the output pulses of a switching phase converter are shown. Particular attention is paid to analyzing a fundamentally new time-pulse method of current linearization, which is especially effective in measuring phase shifts at an intermediate frequency in phase meters with frequency conversion of the studied signals.
