Mozhegova Yu.N., Marihov I.N. Abstract. The article is devoted to the studying of the structure of porous materials. The article provides a theoretical justification of the method for automated determination of porosity of materials: diffusion coefficients, filtering, solubility, active porosity, gas permeability. Equations of gas dynamics: Darcy's equations, Fik's equations for steady and unsteady flows, Leybenzon's equations are used as the original equations. The device for automated non-destructive testing properties of porous materials based on measuring the differential pressure of the gas in the flow through the controlled material is offered for implementing of the developed method. In this article the design and principle of operation of the control device are described. Software is used to automate the process control. The accuracy of the control of the porosity of the materials of the gas-dynamic method is determined. The measurement error of active porosity, gas permeability coefficients, solubility, diffusion and filtration from the structure of materials, device settings, and the accuracy of their production using the method of linear errors were determined in the work. The calculation of the influence coefficients of the parameters of the measuring device and the structure of the porous material on the measurement error of the coefficients of permeability, solubility, diffusion and filtration, active porosity is described in the article. Conclusions on the conformity of the proposed method and control device requirements of production on the required accuracy are made.
