CONTROL AND DIAGNOSTICS OF THE HYDRAULIC TEST RIG ACTUATORS DURING AIRCRAFT TESTS IN STRENGTH TESTING LABORATORIES
(pp. 32-40)

Abstract. It is reported brief description of multifunctional dynamic loading system of laboratory facilities for the aircraft strength analysis. It is represented a design of a typical loading channel with power source of supply of the actuators (cylinders) with process fluid in the loading system, providing a given parameters of performance, pressure, temperature and cleanliness of the process fluid. The analysis of typical failures and faults of the aircrafts Tu-154, Il-62, Il-76, Tu-204 et al. test benches hydraulic actuators is carried out, the main causes of high-pressure pumps РНАД 250/320, НАС 74-90/320 faults are identified, preventive measures aimed at their elimination are recommended. According to received information, a system of technical diagnostics of hydraulic pumps has developed. It allows to monitor the technical condition of bearings and pumping unit elements based on the amplitude values analysis at certain pressure pulsation frequencies in the delivery line and issue of warnings when established gaps are exceeded.
