TORQUE REGISTRATION DEVICE FOR ROTATIONAL AND RECIPROCATING ROTATIONAL MOTIONS OF ACTUATING UNIT

Abstract. It is analyzed the existing measuring devices of a torque. It is described the design and the principle of work, the requirements, a method for calculation of elastic elements, the factors causing emergence of an error of measurements, device merits and demerits. The design of the device allows to make continuous registration of active and passive torques at minimization of time expenditure on carrying out measurements. Requirements for compactness, accuracy and width of range of measurements are imposed to the device. The moment of friction is measured on a corner of twisting of an elastic element. Accuracy of measurements increases due to identification of influence of hardly noticeable factors when using cars and mechanisms. The offered device of measurements of a torque can be used in the automated tribotechnical complexes. The device allows to improve quality of experiments and to increase reliability of results of measurements. Smaller output resistance, high sensitivity, resistance to influence of environment, simplicity of production and low cost allow to judge possibility of measurement of reversive torques competitiveness and a demand in the market of measuring equipment.
