ANALYSIS OF TEST RESULTS MEAN SPECIALISTS IN MAGNETIC NON-DESTRUCTIVE TESTING FOR THE CERTIFICATION
(pp. 36-42)

Abstract. It is considered the problem of objective evaluation of the latent variables such as the level of knowledge in the process of certification of specialists in non-destructive testing. Rush model is the most objective method for determining latent variables in measuring the quality of test materials. The paper analyzes the results of testing during the qualifying examinations in Certification with magnetic method of nondestructive testing. Test items are considered to meet the level of difficulty of trained specialist for certification using the method of Rush. Comparative characteristics of the test results are shown. Extreme test items and tasks with low or high levels of difficulty are identified and require the elimination out of collection issues. It shows the need for further consultations on the topics of questions low-logit trained specialist. Analysis of test materials allows to make correct tasks on complexity, decompose the collection of issues at different levels of complexity. Lack of objectivity measure of assessment resulting using the test collection issues requires to make a correction in question. To date, the lack of objectivity is eliminated personal interview, which is conducted by three examiners and a specialist.
