METROLOGICAL SUPPORT OF ADMISSION MEASURING CONTROL
(pp. 46-49)

Abstract. The tasks arising in the development of effective methods of multiparameter measuring control of complex products are formulated. The control of products for which the nominal values of the monitored parameters and their permissible deviations are established is considered. To ensure the effectiveness of control, it is necessary to establish requirements for the accuracy of parameter measurements, as well as to determine control tolerances for the parameters being monitored. These tasks are proposed to be solved by the Monte Carlo method (simulation modeling method). An example is the impact of measurement uncertainty and control tolerances on the reliability of control indicators. The Monte-Carlo method is used to calculate the risks of the customer and the manufacturer when inspecting products whose quality is characterized by 100 parameters. The influence of the uncertainty of measurement of parameters and the value of control tolerances on these risks is investigated. Considered the development of effective methods of control with unilateral admission to the monitored parameters, as well as in the absence of admission.

Keywords: product quality, control procedure, reliability of testing, errors 1 and 2 type, customer and manufacturer risks.
