The article presents the results of work on the study of the dependence of the results of temperature measurements using fiber Bragg gratings (FBGs). It was found that FBGs not only have different initial sensitivity, but also exhibit nonlinearity even in a narrow temperature range (from –30 to +70 °C). It is shown that to use the FBG as temperature sensors, it is necessary to precalibrate the FBG by temperature. Keywords: composite materials, strain, fiber-optic sensors, Bragg grating, CM, CFRP.
