A model for assessing the degree of hazard of defects has been developed, based on identifying the moment of formation of macrocracks (predestruction state) in the material of steel pipelines of aircraft hydraulic systems during their loading, where the deviation of the parameters of the recorded amplitude distributions of acoustic emission from the Poisson type is used as a criterion for the formation of a macrocrack. The results of experimental studies of controlled steel pipelines of the 12X18N10T brand under the pressure of the working fluid on a hydraulic test bench are presented. Keywords: aircraft, hydraulic system, pipeline, macro crack, destruction.
