DOI: 10.14489/td.2025.07.pp.035-040 Nikitin A. S. Abstract. A method for controlling the geometric accuracy of a milled the blade of a gas turbine engine based on digital models of surface treatment and comparison is presented. The analysis of the dependences of the errors obtained on the parameters of the processing mode is carried out. The areas of feed rates per tooth and per passage are highlighted, in which the error value does not exceed the tolerance. The correspondence of the changes in the values of the error and the processing time of the blade of a gas turbine engine is shown. Keywords: geometric accuracy control, gas turbine blade, milling.
