ON THE ISSUE OF DEVELOPING AN ALGORITHM FOR A COMPREHENSIVE ASSESSMENT OF THE QUALITY OF A MACHINE-BUILDING ENTERPRISE

Abstract. The article discusses the problem of developing an algorithm for a comprehensive assessment of the quality of a machine-building enterprise. A comprehensive assessment of the quality of an enterprise is an important strategic management tool necessary for a comprehensive analysis and improvement of process efficiency, identification of strengths and weaknesses, ensuring sustainable development and competitiveness growth. The authors attempt to summarize practical experience and propose a standard approach to the systematic organization of work on a comprehensive assessment of enterprise quality in the context of three components: product quality, management quality and technology quality. The complexity and large dimension of the practical tasks to be solved during a comprehensive quality assessment necessitates the definition of an algorithm and the point of view of the decision maker.
