RESPONSE MATRIX FOR HAZARDOUS DEVIATIONS IN QUALITY PARAMETERS AT PRODUCT LIFE CYCLE STAGES
(pp. 68-75)

Abstract. The article presents a structured model for product quality management encompassing ten stages of the product life cycle ‒ from market needs analysis and product concept development to disposal and decommissioning. Based on the systematization of life cycle stages, a response matrix has been developed to address potential deviations in product quality parameters, including subjects and objects of influence, as well as forms of intervention. The proposed approach enables timely identification of risks related to the deterioration of product quality characteristics, delineation of areas of responsibility, and selection of well-founded measures for risk prevention and quality improvement. The practical value of the study lies in the creation of a universal tool applicable to enterprises with varying levels of technological maturity, aimed at enhancing the coordination of actions across functional units. The scientific significance lies in clarifying the relationship between the stages of the product life cycle and mechanisms for ensuring high product quality, as well as in expanding the methodological tools available for managing industrial enterprises.

Keywords: product life cycle, quality management, matrix of response to deviation of quality parameters, industrial enterprise.
