The article substantiates the need to transition from the traditional quality management model, consistent with the concept and requirements of ISO 9001, to a cyber-physical format of quality management aligned with the conditions of digitalization. Considering the capabilities of industrial Internet of Things technologies, sensor systems, digital twins, and AI-driven analytics, a conceptual model of a cyber-physical quality management system is developed. An interpretation of the PDCA cycle in a cyber-physical environment is proposed, in which its stages are implemented in parallel and synchronously in real time based on continuous data exchange and analysis. The performance of the proposed model is illustrated by the example of its testing for additive manufacturing of components for unmanned aerial vehicles. The practical significance of the study lies in the development of methodological principles oriented toward designing next-generation quality management systems capable of providing predictive-preventive regulation of technological processes, ensuring production system resilience, reducing losses, and eliminating defects at early stages of the product life cycle. The scientific novelty of the work consists in the conceptual representation of a cyber-physical quality management system based on the integration of physical processes, digital models, analytical modules, and control actions. This approach makes it possible to consider quality not as an object of inspection but as an inherent state of the production system, ensured by mechanisms of self-adaptation and self-regulation operating in real time. The results obtained contribute to the scientific and methodological foundation of quality management theory and create prerequisites for the development of a new generation of regulatory requirements and quality standards under conditions of digital transformation.
