Аннотация.  Рассматриваются требования к  ультразвуковым толщиномерам нового поколения, реализация которых позволит создать толщиномер эксперта, который помимо данных о толщине стенки будет вычислять и отражать на экране величину скорости коррозии, расчетный срок службы и формировать протоколы ультразвуковой толщинометрии.

ON THE NEED TO DEVELOP THE EXPERT ULTRASONIC THICKNESS GAUGE

Abstract. Based on the results of the ultrasonic thickness measurement method of technical devices that fall under the action of the Federal act №116 of 21.07.97, the certified experts in the field of industrial safety carry out rejection of technical devices and their components according to the actual thickness values and other parameters: the corrosion rate, the esti-mated service life. The decision on the further operation of technical devices is accepted by the expert on the basis of data analysis to ultrasonic thickness measurement and technical documentation in a time-limited period. If dozens and sometimes hundreds of pieces of equipment are examined at the same period of time, it may lead to the errors in the analysis of data and recommendations. Currently, the expert community requires the new generation of the ultrasonic thickness gauge (the expert thickness gauge), which in addition to the wall thickness could calculate and show on the screen the value of the corrosion rate, estimated service life and could shape protocols for ultrasonic thickness measurements.
