Abstract. The transport logistics processes quality, accuracy and stability are inextricably linked to customer satisfaction, which determines the competitiveness of companies implementing these processes. Maintaining processes at the required quality level requires regular objective assessment of their quality, accuracy and stability and, if necessary, timely corrective action. In order to improve the efficiency of transport logistics processes, a methodology has been developed for checking their quality and assessing their accuracy and stability, using a distribution histogram as one of the possible quality control tools. A distribution histogram is a graphical representation of quantitative information in the form of data grouped by the frequency of occurrence within a certain, predetermined interval. Information on the state and controllability of the process being studied is obtained by comparing the histogram with the standard. Three different options for analyzing process state using histograms, as well as the accuracy coefficient and reproducibility index, are considered. The accuracy and stability of the cargo transportation process were assessed using the accuracy coefficient and the reproducibility index (process capability index), which characterizes the ratio of the permissible width and the magnitude of the spread of the controlled parameter. The quantitative values of these indicators served as the criteria for assessing the process's status. The methodology was tested by assessing the state of the freight transportation process using the “on-time delivery” indicator. The statistical data included fifty observations of freight delivery times. The practical significance of the methodology was objectively confirmed by positive results from testing the hypothesis of a normal distribution of the sample values of the studied parameters. Pearson's rank-order test was used to verify the normality of the probability distribution law. The scientific novelty lies in the adaptation of statistical quality control methods to assessing the accuracy and stability of transport logistics processes. This universal methodology for assessing logistics processes can be used to assess the accuracy and stability of many logistics and manufacturing processes and can be used as a basis for developing standardization documents. Keywords: quality control methodology, accuracy, stability, transport logistics, cargo transportation process, customer satisfaction.
